We are now 16 Round into a 2021 season that has produced plenty of surprises and upsets.
Whilst several teams have shot their way up the ladder, we want to look at the players who have been driving this success.
Now that we have a big enough body of work, it's time to laud the performances of the players who have been each club's biggest improvers.
As always, let us know who we have overrated and who we have snubbed.
Hawthorn
Changkuoth Jiath
Despite a season that has seen the Hawks ride multiple bumps with a grin, Alistair Clarkson's list of youngsters have started to show signs of improvement.
Harry Morrison and Will Day have continued to improve with their development, as has small defender Blake Hardwick.

Jack Scrimshaw has started to show why he was a top-10 draft pick, as he is now a lock for the Hawks and playing his best footy so far.
But it's Changkuoth Jiath's season which has been most exciting, with the speedster beginning to have a real influence on games.
At 22-years-old, Jiath has showcased an ability to break lines and use the ball well off half-back in 20201.
Despite just seven games to his name heading into this season, Jiath has played every game so far off the back of the fantastic numbers he has produced this year.
Averaging over 20 touches at 81.8 efficiency, the youngster is surely high up in Hawthorn's best-and-fairest.
