A GWS forward has made a major leap toward the top of our rankings after a stellar performance against his former side.

A Bulldogs midfielder continues his consistent season to date, while a Hawthorn defender has returned to the fold following a dominant outing against Port Adelaide.

Who's making the most impact in their new colours? Welcome to the weekly rankings of the Recruit of the Year contenders for 2025, with Round 19 giving us plenty to consider.

2Matthew Kennedy (+1)

The Bulldogs midfielder continues to prove his worth under Luke Beveridge, and his performance against Brisbane sees him jump up a spot.

Kennedy recorded 21 possessions, nine tackles, four clearances and four score involvements in the narrow loss.

The 28-year-old has been consistent throughout 2025, but his versatility and ability to play in multiple positions increase his value.

Peatling, ANB & Cumming have all had far better seasons than almost all the others on your list.

    Yet another victorian love in!
