A GWS forward has made a major leap toward the top of our rankings after a stellar performance against his former side.

A Bulldogs midfielder continues his consistent season to date, while a Hawthorn defender has returned to the fold following a dominant outing against Port Adelaide.

Who's making the most impact in their new colours? Welcome to the weekly rankings of the Recruit of the Year contenders for 2025, with Round 19 giving us plenty to consider.

3Shai Bolton (-1)

The Fremantle firestarter produced one of his quieter games of the season, but the body of work he's put together still sees him rank among the best recruits in 2025.

Bolton amassed 14 possessions, spending only 41 per cent in the centre bounce, but he also had four shots on goal, including the match-winning behind.

The former Tiger kicked three points on the day, and had seven score involvements, including two direct goal assists.

Bolton doesn't need many opportunities to make the opposition pay, but even on a slow afternoon, he still proved pivotal to the outcome.

Peatling, ANB & Cumming have all had far better seasons than almost all the others on your list.

    Yet another victorian love in!
