A GWS forward has made a major leap toward the top of our rankings after a stellar performance against his former side.

A Bulldogs midfielder continues his consistent season to date, while a Hawthorn defender has returned to the fold following a dominant outing against Port Adelaide.

Who's making the most impact in their new colours? Welcome to the weekly rankings of the Recruit of the Year contenders for 2025, with Round 19 giving us plenty to consider.

5Jack Macrae (-)

The veteran onballer didn't spend large amounts of time in the centre bounces, but helped guide the young Saints who are emerging as the next generation.

Macrae picked up 19 possessions, four score involvements, three tackles, and one goal assist as well as five clearances.

Taking a backwards seat to allow teammates Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera and Max Hall to thrive, the former Dog's leadership was on show in the Geelong defeat, which helped maintain his high ranking among this year's recruits.

Peatling, ANB & Cumming have all had far better seasons than almost all the others on your list.

    Yet another victorian love in!
