Adelaide has confirmed a new deal for young utility Dan Curtin, who has penned an extension until the end of 2029.
The contract adds three years onto Curtin's current deal, meaning he's signed through to his sixth year at West Lakes.
The 20-year-old has cemented his place in Matthew Nicks' side after just seven games in his debut season last year, playing all 14 games in 2025.
A product of Western Australia, Curtin will remain in SA, where he's excited for the future.
"I'm really happy to be signing on for another three," Curtin said.
"I'm grateful to the coaches for backing me in so much this year, as well as my teammates for supporting me on and off the field.
"I think we've got a really fantastic group, and I certainly wanted to be a part of it moving forward.โ
Curtin becomes just the third top 10 pick from the 2023 AFL Draft to re-sign at their club, with the likes of Harley Reid, Colby McKercher and Ryley Sanders among those still on their rookie deals.
Adelaide has stated their joy in having Curtin locked away, with list manager Justin Reid speaking on the extension.
"Like all young players, Dan is continuing to refine his craft, and we've been really impressed with his versatility, appetite for hard work and willingness to take on feedback and improve," Reid said.
"He's looking more and more comfortable at AFL level with every game and importantly, he's making an impact and along the way he has gained the respect of his teammates, coaches and staff across the Club."
Curtin is in line to play against Richmond on Sunday at the MCG, likely suiting up in a forward role.
