Round 23 saw some disappointing performances from top recruits, as a Crows midfielder returned.
As the season nears its end, our ranking is starting to solidify, especially within the top four, but there is still movement outside of that.
Who's making the most impact in their new colours? Welcome to the weekly rankings of the Recruit of the Year contenders for 2025, with Round 23 giving us plenty to consider.
1Bailey Smith (-)
No surprise here as Smith keeps his spot at the top of our rankings with another great performance in Geelong's win against the Swans.
The star midfielder was arguably the best on ground as he recorded a game-high of 30 disposals along with his 14 contested possessions, 509 meters gained, five clearances and nine score involvements.
The 24-year-old should be getting his first All-Australian blazer as he looks to be a crucial part of Geelong's premiership push.
