Round 23 saw some disappointing performances from top recruits, as a Crows midfielder returned.

As the season nears its end, our ranking is starting to solidify, especially within the top four, but there is still movement outside of that.

Who's making the most impact in their new colours? Welcome to the weekly rankings of the Recruit of the Year contenders for 2025, with Round 23 giving us plenty to consider.

5Luke Parker (+1)

The 32-year-old once again was among North Melbourne's best, as they defeated Richmond by 48 points.

Parker had 30 disposals, 15 contested possessions, seven score involvements, and six clearances in the Kangaroos' first win since round 15.

The veteran has been a key contributor throughout the season and has been a big reason why North Melbourne has had their most wins in a season since 2019.
