A new suitor has emerged for a Port Adelaide star.
Have the Crows been handed another bout of poor umpiring decisions?
All that and more from media buzz.
Tigers want Butters
Richmond has joined the league-wide race to sign Port Adelaide free agent and star Zak Butters.
The Tigers have quietly been storing cash over the past couple of seasons, opting to attack the draft before the introduction of Tasmania.
Butters has been linked heavily to the Western Bulldogs and Geelong.
Richmond, according to AFL Media, could offer close to $2 million for at least eight years.
South Australian icon declares Power star gone
Adelaide champion and SA icon Mark Ricciuto believes Zak Butters is a 99 percent chance of leaving Port Adelaide.
"Oh, look, all I can go on is what I get told from everyone and everyone says he's probably a 99 per cent chance of going,” Ricciuto said.
"But, the list managers at Port Adelaide might offer him another half a million a year on top, I don't know.
"It depends how desperate they get, they might offer him, who knows, $2.5 million or something.
"Everyone is throwing $2 million out there as the magic figure for Melbourne (clubs), well, Port Adelaide might go ‘have two and a half'.
"They might let him go and say ‘let's get as many picks as we can' and do the rebuild."
Blues legend calls for coaching change
Brendon Fevola has called for a change at the coaching helm after a disastrous start to the season.
Michael Voss has heaped immense pressure over the past 12 months.
"It's not always the coach's fault, but the way we've gone down in the last year and a half, I think it might be time for change."

Crows cop costly error
Adelaide's bad luck with umpiring has reared its ugly head once again, with the league coming forward on another mistake.
During the nail biting loss to Fremantle in Round 4, the umpires and AFL conceded that a 6-6-6 warning should have been called.
The Dockers wouldn't have been penalised for the infringement, but they were able to set up with seven defenders, instead of six.

"The umpires have put their hands up today, they've admitted they got it wrong."

South Australian premier wants Gather Round "long-term"
Peter Malinauskas wants the AFL's Gather Round long-term, but needs assurances from the league.
The SA premier said he'd continue to invest into growing the concept throughout the state, and needed the backing of a multi-year deal.
"Give us the long-term contract." 📝

Cornes slams Darcy Fogarty
Adelaide forward will miss a second game in a row with a back issue, with the club confirming a disc problem.
However, leading into last week's clash with Fremantle, Fogarty was spotted on the golf course two days before the match.
The Crows denied any relation between his injury and his golfing exploits, but former Port Adelaide player Kane Cornes wasn't buying it.
"Fogarty plays golf on a Wednesday before a Friday game and Adelaide with a straight face are telling me it (his back injury) had nothing with playing golf..."

Hawks coach moves management
Sam Mitchell has followed former Essendon captain Zach Merrett in moving away from TGI Sports' Tom Petroro, with Mitchell joining the stable at Bravo Management.
Mitchell, Petroro and Merrett were key figures in last year's trade period, but were unable to orchestrate a deal that would put the latter in Hawks colours.
