It's officially the AFL off-season, with free agency opening on Friday and the 2025 Trade Period will follow just days later.

All 18 clubs look set to be active in the player movement space, with some busier than others in looking to lure talent through their doors.

St Kilda, Geelong and Brisbane look to be among the more aggressive clubs in chasing top-line talent, while clubs like Fremantle and Richmond are seemingly more likely to place more of a focus on the draft.

Here we've looked at every club's potential trade and free agency moves, their current crop of off-contract players, confirmed departures and draft hand for the off-season.

3. Carlton

Reported Trade Targets: Liam Reidy, Campbell Chesser, Sam Flanders, Buku Khamis, Changkuoth Jiath
Off-Contract Players: Harry Charleson, Matt DuffyFrancis Evans (unrestricted free agent), Mitch McGovernRob MonahanWill WhiteFlynn Young
Confirmed Departures: Alex Cincotta (delisted), Sam Docherty (retired), Orazio Fantasia (delisted), Harry Lemmey (delisted), Tom De Koning (free agency), Jack Silvagni (free agency)
Draft Hand: 36, 44, 62

Plenty is already known of Carlton's off-season plans, but there is still much to play out. As far as likely ins, Western Bulldogs swingman Buku Khamis, West Coast midfielder Campbell Chesser and Fremantle ruckman Liam Reidy are all seeking moves to the Blues. Hawthorn defender Changkuoth Jiath is reportedly a strong chance to land at Princes Park as well. That could all unfold after the Blues bolster their draft hand, with free agents Tom De Koning and Jack Silvagni both heading to St Kilda, leading Carlton to a pair of likely first-round picks as compensation. A stronger draft hand could help the club's pursuit of Sam Flanders, while it'll also be needed to match a bid for father-son talent Harry Dean at November's draft.
