The AFL's Match Review Officer has handed down one charge from Thursday's game between Hawthorn and Carlton, with Hawks captain James Sicily handed a fine for a rough conduct offence.
The incident in question occurred in the third term of Hawthorn's 24-point win over Carlton midfielder Blake Acres.
Sicily's actions have been graded as intentional conduct, low impact and body contact, resulting in a fine rather than a suspension.
Had the impact grading been higher than 'low', or the contact grading been 'high, Sicily would then be facing a one-game suspension.
The Hawks skipper has instead been handed a $6250 fine, which can be reduced to $3750 with an early plea.
The fine adds to one prior offence against Sicily for 2025, with a Round 8 melee charge resulting in a $1500 fine for the defender following a failed appeal.
No other players were charged from Thursday's Round 20 opener.
