Port Adelaide midfielder Ollie Wines has been offered a three-match ban for his rough conduct charge.

The incident in question occurred during the second quarter of Saturday's clash against Carlton, with Blues midfielder Cooper Lord coming off second best.

The Match Review Officer (MRO) graded the incident as careless conduct, high contact and severe impact, resulting in a three-week layoff.

Wines will miss teammate Travis Boak and coach Ken Hinkley's farewell clashes next week.

Gold Coast's Alex Davies was also offered a one-match suspension for his rough conduct penalty on GWS' Ryan Angwin.

Davies collected Angwin during the fourth term of the clash between the Suns and Giants, with the MRO seeing the incident as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.

Adelaide's Izak Rankine received two fines for his antics during their narrow three-point win over Collingwood.

Rankine got caught for staging, and for careless contact with an umpire, totalling $4,625 for both penalties.

The star Crow could take an early plea, which could see the amount reduced to $2,875 by accepting a guilty plea.

Rankine's teammate Brodie Smith copped a $1,500 ($1,000 guilty plea) for striking Nick Daicos in the first quarter.

Hawthorn's Jai Newcombe and Melbourne's Tom Sparrow also copped fines for careless contact with an umpire.

Newcombe copped a larger fee, given it was a second offence ($3,125), while Sparrow will hand over $1,500 ($1,000 guilty plea).

There were no charges from Friday's clashes.
