AFL Draft riser Sullivan Robey has played the majority of the 2025 Coates League finals series with a cracked collarbone.
Zero Hanger can reveal that Robey, whose performances across the past six weeks for Eastern Ranges have catapulted him into top 10 calculations, sustained the injury midway through his 27-disposal game against Calder Cannons in the Coates League quarter final.
The powerful forward/midfielder returned to the field and was one of his side's more influential players in the third quarter of that game and has pushed through to continue enhancing his stocks with standout performances in the preliminary and grand final.
He had 25 disposals and a goal in the preliminary final before four goals in the grand final, showcasing his power, skill and toughness in both games.
Meanwhile, Sandringham's Kye Fincher is another who has toughed it out, playing through cracked ribs for the past two months, a period which includes a best afield VFL berth for Sandringham Zebras.
A St Kilda Next Generation Academy prospect, Fincher hasn't clinched since being moved to the midfield in that time despite the injury.
