Strengths:

• A good burst of speed and agility
• Has a precise kick
• Can push forward and hit the scoreboard
• One of the cleanest players in the draft
• Is an excellent one touch player

Weaknesses:

•  Fitness is a concern
• Dealing with off field issues

Overview:

Thomas can play all over the ground but his best role so far is a midfielder who rests up forward. His under 18 championships wasn't his best but he was battling a few injuries at the time.

As Thomas is part of North Melbourne's academy, the Kangaroos will get first preference for him but would most likely need to use their first round pick. This will help their midfield depth as he can also look for help with Shaun Higgins and Jack Ziebell having similar roles.
