The AFL Origin match has been marked with early success, as the highly anticipated matchup at Optus Stadium will be packed out with a sell-out crowd.
AFL CEO Andrew Dillon expressed his excitement and passion for the game ahead of the sell out annoucement.
"It will be a special moment to see the Big V and Sandgroper guernsey back under the lights and I can't wait to enjoy the atmosphere amongst a full house at Optus Stadium," he said.
"On behalf of the AFL, I'd like to thank all fans who have embraced the return of origin, especially the ones who have managed to secure tickets for the match in Perth."
The game is going to be headlined by AFL superstars on both sides of the field. Victoria is set to have Nick Daicos, Patrick Dangerfield, Marcus Bontempelli, Jeremy Cameron, and Matthew Rowell.
Western Australia are set to have Kysaiah Pickett, Patrick Cripps, Chad Warner, Shai Bolton and Charlie Cameron.

The game is set to take place on February 14th at 7:40 AEDT, 4:40 AWST.
