The AFL has confirmed the Round 19 fixture for this weekend, with the league forced into several changes due to the current impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a statement released on Monday afternoon, the AFL revealed that the QClash between the Lions and Suns has been brought forward one week along with two other matches.

Adelaide vs Hawthorn and Melbourne vs Western Bulldogs have also been brought ahead to aid the league's process.

The clash between Carlton and North Melbourne has also been moved ahead, coming from Sunday afternoon to the opening time slot Saturday.

The start time and venue for Essendon vs GWS is yet to be confirmed, while the time for Geelong vs Richmond is also yet to be decided.
