Adelaide defender Mitch Hinge was subbed out of Thursday's semi-final against Hawthorn with an ankle injury.
Hinge suffered the ailment in a marking contest midway through the second term of the clash at Adelaide Oval, with the backman coming from the ground in some pain.
The Crows assessed the injury during half-time and held off on any sub change until returning from the main break.
The club confirmed an ankle concern for Hinge, who was replaced by tactical sub Josh Rachele for the start of the second half.

The injury will create a selection headache for the Crows should they progress to a preliminary final, with the concern surrounding Hinge potentially forcing them into a change.
A win over the Hawks would mean the Crows advance to play Geelong at the MCG, likely on Friday night, for a spot in the AFL Grand Final.
Adelaide dropped young backman Hugh Bond for their semi-final against the Hawks, with the fringe stopper a likely option to replace Hinge if needed.
Bond made way for Rachele at selection this week after the latter returned from a knee injury, creating the only change for Matthew Nicks' side.
