Overview:
Ian Hill is a talented midfield prospect who is incredibly quick and willing to take the game on.
He is the second cousin of Bradley and Stephen Hill and plays in a manner reminiscent of his cousins, skilful with breakaway pace and excellent run and carry.
While only 175cm, Hill has good leap and has drawn comparisons to Jamie Elliot with his ability to play much taller than his small stature would suggest.
He can also kick goals and has the capacity to produce miracles.
Hill's season was prematurely ended by a shoulder injury requiring surgery, a repeat of an earlier injury he suffered at the end of 2017 which also required surgery.
Hill would delight fans if he went to Fremantle, but he might fit best at Adelaide where he could bolster their forward stocks.
