Opening Round kicks off on Thursday and the pre-season has provided plenty of answers, but certain questions can't be answered until the real stuff starts.

Zero Hanger has outlined a topic likely to garner plenty of discussion at each club in the first month of the season.

How big does Charlie go?

Curnow kicked 32 goals last year for Carlton after three consecutive seasons with 50 or more majors. The Swans recruit is exactly what the club needs, having lacked a star centre point of the forward line since the retirement of Lance Franklin. If Dean Cox's men can get it right, the sight of Errol Gulden, Isaac Heeney and co. sending it down could be one of the best sights in footy for neutral footy fans - and scariest for opposition coaches. Curnow starts the season in a blockbuster against his old side, where he will line up on old mate Jacob Weitering, before meetings with Hawthorn and West Coast.
