Police were reportedly called onto the scene after reports of a drunken man in the bathrooms of the MCG just after 5pm.
Michael Greene reportedly headbutted a female police officer and was charged with intentionally and recklessly causing injury, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and breaching his bail.
The 60-year old had been locked up since the incident and didn't apply for bail.
It is believed that he has not made contact with Toby for several years.
