Following the Bomber's impressive 28-point win over the Eagles at Optus Stadium last night, we have recounted the biggest upsets of the 2018 season.
And considering the amount upcoming one-sided affairs in round 14, we could be set for another one or two! Other than the Power's clash with the Demons, every game has a clear favourite.
Here are the biggest upsets of the 2018 AFL season:
2. West Coast def. by Essendon (Round 14)
Optus Stadium - West Coast 6.16 (52) def. by Essendon 12.8 (80) - Bombers by 28
Guess who? Essendon again, as has been the story of their unpredictable season. The Bombers pantsed the Eagles at their Optus Stadium fortress, who despite being without star forwards Josh Kennedy and Jack Darling, were made to look second rate. And it might have even revived the Bombers' season.
