Following the Bomber's impressive 28-point win over the Eagles at Optus Stadium last night, we have recounted the biggest upsets of the 2018 season.

And considering the amount upcoming one-sided affairs in round 14, we could be set for another one or two! Other than the Power's clash with the Demons, every game has a clear favourite.

Here are the biggest upsets of the 2018 AFL season:

5. Carlton def. Essendon (Round 8)

MCG - Carlton 14.7 (91) def. Bombers 10.18 (78) - Blues by 13

Coming off seven straight losses, Carlton fans started to worry if their team would be able to pick up a win for the entire season. Fortunately for them, it was in round eight that the tears stopped streaming and they were able to celebrate against their old rivals; even if it was just for a week.
