Dane Swan used to joke that premiership teammate Dale Thomas was a 'second-tier' member of Collingwood's infamous 'rat pack'. One thing is certain - he's not a second tier operator behind the mic.

The man affectionately known as 'Daisy' is concise, cutting and tactically advanced on a call team, with his fingers firmly on the pulse of modern footballing trends. It's been a rapid rise to the top of Seven's roster for the cult figure, and his star is sure to not burn out any time soon.
