The St Kilda Saints have locked away emerging youngsters Max Hall (2027) and Hugh Boxshall (2028) to two-year extensions, keeping them at Moorabbin for the foreseeable future.
Hall has quickly become one of the Saints' most significant players and has produced an extraordinary stretch of matches, including his impressive outing against Melbourne.
The 23-year-old, who spent time at Hawthorn's VFL club, Box Hill, was snapped up in last year's Mid-Season Draft with Pick 4, playing 19 matches this season after debuting in Round 1.
"I'm absolutely stoked to be sticking around for another two years," Hall said.
"It's a privilege to represent the Saints and I'm really thankful to the coaches, my teammates and everyone at the club who's helped me get to this point.

"If you'd told me 18 months ago I'd be in this position, I don't know if I would have believed you, so I'm going to continue to grab this opportunity with both hands and do everything I can for my teammates and this club."
Boxshall, who was contracted for next year, was taken in last year's draft with Pick 45, and has impressed the Saints since joining in November.
The Claremont product debuted in Round 8 against Fremantle and has played seven games this year, including the past three.
"I'm loving every second of my time here at the Saints," Boxshall said. "Everyone here is so supportive and just wants to see all of us get better and grow both on and off the field.
"I'm so happy to extend my time here and can't wait to get stuck in and play my role in moving us forward."

St Kilda EGM of Football David Misson was buoyed by the recommitment from the pair of youngsters, saying it's exciting for the future of the club.
"Max has worked incredibly hard to earn his spot at senior level and continues to show promising signs every time he pulls on the jumper," Misson said.
"His pressure around the ball, ability to hit the scoreboard and team-first mindset make him a valuable part of our group.
"Likewise, Hugh's attack on the ball and work rate is a credit to his ability to apply what he's learning off the field on game day.
"He's always looking to do everything he can to improve, while representing our club and young cohort with a positive, respectful attitude.
"We're looking forward to seeing Max and Hugh continue to grow over the next few years and beyond."
The Saints ended a six-game losing streak with their record-breaking victory over the Demons in Round 20, coming back from 46 points at three-quarter time.
They have a three-game stretch of winnable contests ahead of them, starting with North Melbourne, before Richmond and Essendon.
St Kilda's 2025 campaign will end with a clash against GWS.
