Will Hayward
Hayward is a terrific young player and a potential future star, he is a crafty goal scorer and creator. However, Sydney are light on for top end talent and they need their developing stars to get their quickly. Lance Franklin has been plagued by injury over the last 12 months and is closer to the end then the beginning and if Hayward makes the leap it could see the next phase start sooner rather then later for the Swans.
