The list of the names still out-of-contract at the end of 2021 is star-studded.

With the mid-way point of the season approaching, clubs will want to be getting their big names off the market as opposition teams prepare offers for some of the game's biggest names.

The likes of Patrick Cripps, Marcus Bontempelli, Harry McKay, Jack Billings and Zach Merrett are all out of contract and could be tempted by big money and long-term offers to leave their current clubs.

Every club will have their eyes on potential new recruits, but they may need to get their own ducks in a row before looking elsewhere.

Adam Cerra

The former Pick 5 looks seriously gettable as he weighs up whether to return home to Victoria or re-commit to the Dockers. Cerra is only 21 and still has his best footy well in front of him making him a prized asset. The Dockers need to secure his signature in a sign that their build is on the right track and to help drive this group forward.
