Duggan is underrated by many and most of them are probably based east of Western Australia. He has been a crucial part of Adam Simpson's team, which has continuously been a top four contender. The raking left-footer has played in defence along side Shannon Hurn and covered well for him, with the veteran missing a chuck of 2021 through injury.
