AFL players continue to do their grassroots clubs proud, and even more so when they reach the dais on the last Saturday of September.

Six of Australia's states/territories will be represented in this year's AFL Grand Final, with Queensland having eight players suit up, seven of whom are playing for Brisbane.

Victoria will lead the way with 24 represented, while Western Australia's six is two more than South Australia's total.

Four clubs can boast multiple natives for Saturday's affair, with Queensland club Kawana Park and Victorian outfits East Malvern, Sunbury and Queenscliff all having two apiece.

Here is every AFL Grand Final player's junior football club.
