Alright, folks.

You should all know the drill by now.

There are 18 teams playing in nine games this weekend, and because nothing in this life is either perfect or complete, we here at Zero Hanger still believe each of these aforesaid combatants still come with a raft of question marks.

So, before the second month of the regular season draws to a close on Sunday evening, we have sought to answer each club's most pressing queries ahead of Round 8 of the AFL season.

North Melbourne

Is this the week the drought breaks?

If you were to ask the statisticians, the punters and even North Melbourne's head coach, David Noble, you would find that Round 8 is set to be another week of heartbreak for Kangaroos fans.

However, as a contrarian to the core, I am going out on a limb by tipping the Joeys this week, as the Arden Streeter's ability to continue reigning in their losing margins since being blown off the park on Good Friday means the dam wall will have to crack one of these days.

Previously, I suggested that those with blue and white blood would not want to miss it when the Shinboners crack it for a win. So, if you are in town, get down, as this is your best chance yet to taste victory for the first time since August last year.

You can call me insane, but like Billy Thorpe, most people already do anyway.
