Another week and another set of winners and losers.
Although the road to the last Saturday in September has narrowed ever so slightly, each of the competition's 18 teams still hold their destinies in their own hands.
Whether your side is undefeated, breaking even or without a win to start 2021, there are questions, both new and historic, that must be answered to secure a win this long weekend.
Gold Coast
Was that their launching pad?
For a team that has won only two of their last 15 games, the Suns' Saturday night's demolition of North Melbourne was important for multiple reasons.
Firstly, their efforts from three-quarters in Round 1 deserved more than they were dealt.
Secondly, it allowed the footballing world to view the resilience of this building group.
And finally, it proved that despite the abysmal numbers that make up the club's brief history, this new group of exciting youngsters looks determined to be the ones to change it.

Last week, I suggested that the Suns are still some time away from a September birth, but if Stuart Dew's side can consistently beat sides that they should and poach a few wins when under estimated, their drought might break sooner rather than later.
Across the second fortnight of the league season, Gold Coast have games against Adelaide and Carlton. Should the same intensity be applied against these bottom eight teams from last season, winning may become a habit rather than a once a month treat.
With their belief evident and their application available, finding consistency must be the next box ticked by big man in the Suns' box.
