Defenders

Back Pocket - Jake Lever (Adelaide)

Lever played an important role for the Crows in their win over the Dogs. He finished with 22 disposals at an efficiency of 91%, and took a number of intercept marks from Bulldogs' inside 50s.

Full Back - Michael Hurley (Essendon)

Another terrific display from the Essendon general down back. Hurley finished with 30 disposals at 90% efficiency, 11 marks, and eight rebound 50s. It's been a fantastic season for the 27-year old and this week was no different.

Back Pocket - Sam Docherty (Carlton)

Another big game for Docherty, who is clearly making a habit of it. 34 disposals, 10 marks, and seven tackles clearly places him in the back-line for our team of the week.

Half Back - Dane Rampe (Sydney)

Dane Rampe made it evidently clear as to why Sydney missed him so much at the start of the year, putting in a great performance against the Suns. He finished the game with 25 touches and an impressive 13 marks.

Centre Half Back - Lachie Henderson (Geelong)

Another fantastic outing for Lachie Henderson, this time against the Lions. He recorded 27 disposals at an efficiency of 82% and also took 11 marks. His efforts rightfully earn him a place in this side.

Half Back - Leigh Montagna (St. Kilda)

There were some arguments that Montagna was past it, and he responded in the best possible way. He had 31 disposals and kicked two long range goals to help the Saints to an incredible victory.

Centre

Wing - Seb Ross (St. Kilda)

St. Kilda seemed to have more players than Richmond at every contest, and Seb Ross seemed to be there nearly every time. 33 disposals, and a goal made for terrific night for the Saint.

Centre - Nat Fyfe (Fremantle)

Fyfe had come under scrutiny for his performances this year, with many saying his past injuries had gotten the better of him. However, against North Melbourne he put in a terrific display. He finished with 33 disposals and a goal.

Wing - Mitch Duncan (Geelong)

Geelong dominated across the ground against Brisbane, and Mitch Duncan was a big part of that. He had a stellar game, finishing with 38 disposals, 15 score involvements, nine marks, and two goals.

Forwards

Half forward - Tim Membrey (St. Kilda)

Membrey led the charge up front for St. Kilda, kicking an impressive five goals straight. He also had nine marks, five of which were contested.

Centre Half Forward - Josh Jenkins (Adelaide)

Was a massive target for the Crows inside 50, and responded well. He clunked 11 marks, kicked four goals, and had eight score involvements. The Dogs didn't have an answer for him.

Half Forward - Ryan Nyhuis (Fremantle)

It was a debut to remember for Ryan Nyhuis, with some even calling it one of the best of all-time. The youngster finished with four goals, including the match-winner. No doubt his parents were happy they took the red eye from Darwin to watch their son play.

Forward Pocket - Orazio Fantasia (Essendon)

Brian Taylor had a day out on Saturday as his favourite name in the business was right in the thick of it. Fantasia managed to kick an impressive five goals, while having eight total score involvements.

Full Forward - Charlie Dixon (Port Adelaide)

It was one of those games where if they ball entered the Power's 50m arc everyone was looking for Charlie Dixon. By the end of the game he had kicked five goals and clunked an impressive seven marks inside 50.

Forward Pocket - Gary Rohan (Sydney)

Rohan seems to have been buoyed by kicking the game winning goal against Essendon, bagging five majors against Gold Coast just two weeks later. He finished the game with two goal assists and eight inside 50s as well.

Followers

Ruck - Paddy Ryder (Port Adelaide)

Ryder has been brilliant throughout the year, and his effort against West Coast was no different. He recorded 17 disposals, 39 hit-outs, seven score involvements, and two goals.

Ruck Rover - Dayne Zorko (Brisbane)

Just an unbelievable game from Zorko, the scoreline would have been a lot worse if not for his efforts. The stat line of four goals, 36 touches, 11 score involvements, and 12 tackles really speaks for itself.

Rover - Patrick Dangerfield (Geelong)

Somehow Dangerfield continues to do outrageous things. This week he had 38 touches, nine marks, and three goals. It could have been even bigger, as he also kicked two behinds.

Interchange

Tom Mitchell (Hawthorn)

Tom Mitchell continues to be the Hawks' number one midfielder, and continues to rack up the disposals. His effort (39 touches & a goal) against GWS was a big reason why his side shared the points with the Giants.

David Zaharakis (Essendon)

Zaharakis has really found his form of late, and his performance against Collingwood was excellent. The Bomber recorded 38 disposals (76% efficiency), 11 score involvements, and a goal.

Marc Murphy (Carlton)

Despite the loss, Marc Murphy put in a monstrous effort for his club. He ended the game with 35 disposals and two goals, almost carrying his side to the victory.

Jonathon Patton (GWS)

The Hawks could do little to stop the big general, as he threw his weight around and kicked truly, bagging five majors.
