The Swans have met with delisted Docker Cam Sutcliffe and out-of-contract Tiger Jacob Townsend ahead of Thursday's Delisted Free Agency period, as reported by AFL.com.au.

Sydney coach John Longmire attended the meetings with both players, which reportedly took place last Friday when the pair flew to Sydney and underwent medicals.

The Swans are also interested in axed Cat Daniel Menzel, who is currently overseas on holiday.

Sutcliffe played 104 games for Fremantle but was delisted last week after playing just four senior games this season.

The Tigers have reportedly prompted Townsend to weigh up his options and are only keen to retain the 25-year old on their rookie list in 2019.

Thursday's Delisted Free Agency period on Novemeber 1 marks when clubs will be free to sign players who were let go by their previous clubs.
