Tom McDonald (Melbourne)
After missing the first few rounds of the season, Tom McDonald has come in and starred for the Demons up forward. He is averaging 120.7 over the last three rounds and he doesn’t look like slowing down any time soon.
Bailey Rice (St Kilda)
Bailey Rice isn’t setting the Supercoach world on fire but, he’s cheap and getting games. He is also likely to keep rising in price and could be worth the investment.
Jason Johannisen (Western Bulldogs)
Jason Johannisenused to be a Supercoach superstar, but like most of his team, that has faded away. He is averaging below 60 over the last three weeks and he’s losing a lot of money so get rid of him and find a way to use the rest of his money.
Hold
Michael Hurley (Essendon)
Michael Hurley started the year brilliantly but his scores have dropped since he hasn’t been getting a lot of cheap marks and disposals in Essendon’s backline. He is just returning from injury and could find form again so hold off on trading him for a week or two.
Midfielders
Tom Phillips (Collingwood)
The forgotten Collingwood midfielder has been electric recently. Scores of 131,122 and 121 over the last three weeks is a great effort. His averages could be even higher if he didn’t get knocked out halfway though the match against Geelong. He is still only in one percent of team so a fantastic point of difference, but a bit of a gamble at the same time.
Kyle Langford (Essendon)
This young Bomber seems to have finally found his feet at AFL level and his Supercoach numbers have been ticking along nicely. They aren’t massive scores, but for his price, they are good enough. If you need a mid-range midfielder, he could be handy.
Brandon Parfitt (Geelong)
Brandon Parfitt scored big early in the season, but since he has returned from injury, he has not reached the same level. Would be best to trade now while he still has some value.
Jaegar O’Meara (Hawthorn)
A lot of us got sucked in here again didn’t we? The issue isn’t that he’s been injured or hasn’t performed, it’s that he either scores big or scores very poorly. It’s time to give up and move him on.
Matt Crouch (Adelaide)
Matt Crouch is a superstar, but his scores haven’t been reflecting that. He has been in and out of the team through injury and hasn’t played more than three games in a row. Give him some time to see if he can bounce back.
Rucks
Todd Goldstein (North Melbourne)
Todd Goldstein is back and has been scoring massive numbers. With an average of 112.3 over the last couple of weeks, a handy inclusion if you can’t afford Max Gawn or Brodie Grundy.
Mason Cox (Collingwood)
How Mason Cox is still in four percent of teams is truly amazing. Some people might just have him as a backup ruckman but even still, he is a lot of wasted money to have on the bench. His price is only getting lower as well so just get rid of him.
Paul Ahern (North Melbourne)
Paul Ahern was highlighted before the season started as a potential cash cow but he didn’t get his chance until last week. A debut score of 84 is pretty handy and there aren’t many other cheap forward options at the moment.
Kane Lambert (Richmond)
Kane Lambert had a good run of form earlier in the year but has since dropped off again. His last three scores have been 46, 72 and 64 and that is well below par. He’s had a chance to redeem himself and hasn’t so it’s best to trade him.
Charlie Cameron (Brisbane)
Charlie Cameron has been great this year but he is done for the season with an ankle injury. Automatic trade.
Toby McLean (Western Bulldogs)
The Bulldogs youngster had a quiet week last week but one low score doesn’t warrant a trade straight away. Hold on to him for another couple of weeks.
