If you didn’t get Doedee before his $95.2k price rise, get him in now before the price gets any higher. He has filled Jake Lever’s role beautifully and is averaging 95.3 which is A Grade defender material.
Same situation as Doedee, get him in before the price gets any higher. Murray has not been as good as Doedee but at $191,700 and with an average of 75, he is a must have.
The Saints are struggling but Savage isn’t. He is just short of being a premium price and if you can’t afford to have Rory Laird, Michael Hurley and Kade Simpson in the same team, Savage is a good option at $490,800 with an average of 103.3.
Supercoach jet. If you don’t already have him, get him now. His price is high at $566,400 but with an average of 120.7, he is worth it.
Sell
Burton was good last year but it seems he is playing a new role for the Hawks this season and isn’t getting as much of the ball. His average sits at 42 and his price is rapidly dropping, so get rid of him now.
Rampe had a decent average of 77.7 last year which is good for a mid-price option, but so far this year his average sits at 55 and his price has already dropped $42k to $426,300. There’s better at that price. Trade.
Hold
Hibberd was huge for Supercoach players last year but he’s been quiet the first few rounds of this season. With two scores of low 70s and then a low 90, he has been disappointing but he is worth holding on to for a while longer.
Hurley has been good so far this year but not great. He already has two scores of 100 and that’s with his team playing exceptionally poor. He generally works his way into the season and peaks mid-year so hold on to him for now.

The biggest mistake any Supercoach player could have made so far this year was not getting Holman in before his price rise. He started as low as you possibly can on $102,400 but is now $196,100 with an average of 90. Still get him in of you can.
Second biggest mistake a Supercoach player could’ve made so far this season – not getting Tim Kelly before his price rise. He had the highest price rise of any player this week - $114.4k. His average sits at 108.3 which is higher than a lot of the premiums.
Coniglio’s price still sits under $500k and his lowest score is 120. If you need a premium to add but can’t afford a Dusty or Tom Mitchell, go for Coniglio.
Macrae has been a bit of a surprise this year. He has always been good in Supercoach but nobody talks about him much in the pre-season. His average sits at 131 and he’s only in 2% of teams so he could be good to separate you from other people.
Sell
Rockliff was once a supercoach hero but he’s playing a new role at Port Adelaide and isn’t getting anywhere near as much of the footy as he was at Brisbane. His average sits at 48.7, just get rid of him.
He started the year well but he’s already done his hamstring again and the Cats haven’t said how long he will be out for. Even when he comes back, there’s every chance he’ll do it again given his injury history and it’s too much money to have sitting on the bench.
Hold
Merrett has been a killer so far this season but he’s copped a few tags and a concussion. If he can break the tag and Essendon can find their form, he could get back to posting some big scores. Give him a couple more weeks.
Zorko is an interesting one this year because Brisbane have been playing well and there’s not a lot of reason for his Supercoach scores to drop so significantly. Is he letting the kids do more of the work? Wait another week or two before you trade.

English has had a solid start to the season and is averaging 64. At $184,900, if you need a cheap ruck option, he’s your man.
People were cautious about starting the year with Naitanui after his long lay off but he is showing no signs of a drop in form. With an average of 102.1 and a price of $479,800, he is great value.
Sell
Kreuzer is a superstar but he’s not putting great scores on the board and is very high in price. There’s better options out there for a lot cheaper.
Hold
Ryder went down with an Achilles injury in round one but he won’t be far off returning and as Port’s sole ruckman, he can get some big scores. Hold on to him for a while and sub Tim English into your team.
Buy
Waterman is getting lots of opportunity at West Coast at the moment and now that Liam Ryan will be out for a while, he will only get more game time. He’s still under $200k and is a good straight trade for Ryan.
St Kilda’s midfield is weak but Acres seems to be holding the fort together for them. He’s consistently posting big scores for someone at $450k and he’s dual position.
Sell
When Ryan went down, the Supercoach world cried. He was killing it but he’ll be gone for over half the season. Straight trade for Waterman.
There was a lot of hype around Rayner at the draft but he’s not doing much for Supercoach. At $200k, he’s too expensive to have on the bench.
Hold
A great forward option considering he’s a midfielder, but has started the season poorly. He posted a big score of 128 on the weekend and is worth persisting with.
Billings put on a massive score of 133 in round one and then dropped off with a 79 and 54. Keep him for a couple of weeks because he can put up massive numbers.
