Greater Western Sydney forward Steve Johnson revealed on Friday afternoon his car had been stolen from his home in Sydney and to make matters worse for the veteran, his golf clubs were in the boot.

The car has now been found, but not before it was involved in a high-speed police pursuit across Sydney.
The chase ended when the stolen Ford Falcon was rammed by a Police car.
Police began pursuing the carย southern Sydney, at around 7.15am on Saturday morning when the spotted the stolen car on the Princes Highway.

A 17-year-old was allegedly behind the wheel of the car and also had two passengers.

However, Police have since confirmed the clubs wereย found untouched in the boot of the car.
The 17-year-old ran from the scene but was arrested a short time later.
