VFL

Box Hill Hawks 8.6 (54) def by Richmond Tigers 18.11 (119)

Richmond advanced to the VFL grand final with a comprehensive 65-point win over Box Hill. The Tigers set up the win with a 6.5 (41) to 0.1 (1) openign term.

Callum Moore booted four majors for the Tigers, while Anthony Miles (30 disposals, seven tackles) and Sam Lloyd (27 disposals, six tackles) continued their impressive form.

Shaun Hampson had 24 hitouts and collected 14 disposals in the ruck.

Captain David Mirra was best on ground for Box Hill, finishing with 26 disposals, nine marks, two tackles and two goals in a day to forget for the Hawks.

Williamstown 8.11 (59) def by Port Melbourne 12.10 (82)

Port Melbourne booked its place in the grand final with a 23-point win over Williamstown, who finished the regular season on top of the ladder.

Khan Haretuku kicked three goals for the victors, while Tom O'Sullivan collected 31 disposals and former Saint Eli Templeton finished with 25 touches and a goal.

For Williamstown, Adam Marcon had a team high 26 disposals and 12 tackles while ruckman Nicholas Meese finished with a whopping 78 hitouts.

Eagles 8.5 (53) def by Sturt 11.7 (73)

Sturt advanced to the grand final to face Port Adelaide after a 20-point win over the Eagles.

Beard kicked four goals for Sturt and Hone kicked three as the victors led from start to finish, while Crocker had 27 disposals.

Lukosius kicked four goals for the Eagles, while Sinor had a game high 33 disposals.

Subiaco 14.4 (98) def South Fremantle 10.6 (66)

Subiaco will face Peel in the grand final after a 32-point win over South Fremantle.

Bradley Stevenson kicked three goals and took nine marks for Subiaco, while teammate Liam Baker also booted three goals and had an impressive eight tackles.

Adam Cockie and Lachlan Delahunty both had a team high 23 disposals.

Haiden Schloithe led all comers for South Fremantle, with 27 disposals, one goal and five tackles. Corey Dell-Olio kicked three goals.
