The superstar trio all received 2016 All Australian honours but they have sadly all missed out (just) on the greatest honour in fantasy footy – making the Sports Fantasy Pro All-Australian Team.

Nine new faces from the AA squad line up here in a team we reckon would have the actual all-aussie team well and truly covered.

Big Maxy Gawn (2029pts) has been given the armband after a stellar season which saw him finish #1 on overall points for 2016 (22pts ahead of Dangerfield!)

LOSERS ARE WINNERS

Losing may impact AA selection in reality but at Sports Fantasy Pro, we recognise the pure statistical brilliance surrounding the seasons of young Neale, Merrett and Trelaor – you could even add Zorko to that list who had Betts covered by almost 200pts!

TOUGH LUCK JACK

Just like in reality poor old Jack Stevens can’t seem to take a trick when the rep jerseys start getting handed out with the young Saint narrowly squeezed out of the midfield after falling just 21pts short of Essendon’s Zach Merrett.
