Port Adelaide enters 2026 with a revitalised outlook as Josh Carr assumed the senior coaching position.
A list overhaul saw the likes of club great Travis Boak retire, with eight other exits over the off-season. However, four fresh faces will don the black and teal, all of whom are mature-age talent, and could impact immediately.
Carr's presence has already been felt at training, as an updated defensive system and shuffle of magnets will see the Alberton club line-up differently by Round 1.
So, let's break down how Port Adelaide will look in 2026...
Forwards
The make-up of Port Adelaide's forward line is grossly different from last year to 2026, and will be headed by the returns of Jack Lukosius and Ollie Lord.
The pair didn't play more than 15 games, but will be a welcome addition to the group given their versatility and modern-day skillset.
Corey Durdin joins the club from Carlton and immediately slots into the small forward role, which is also shared by Sam Powell-Pepper and Joe Richards.
Mitch Georgiades is the remaining constant from 2025 after a career-best season, and will benefit greatly from the return of Lukosius and Lord.
Joe Berry and Darcy Byrne-Jones occupy bench positions but will roll through inside 50, while Jackson Mead's versatility may also see him spend time forward of the ball.
Jason Horne-Francis was seen deep inside 50 last year, and could be an option under Josh Carr's instruction.
