Fremantle and North Melbourne have agreed to a pick swap deal.

The Dockers will gain Pick 43 from the Kangaroos in a move that will further bolster their draft hand for this month's count.

In exchange, North Melbourne have secured Hawthorn's future fourth-round selection, which was attained by the Dockers through the recent trade period.

The move will help the Roos free up selections as they plan to secure father-son prospect Cooper Harvey in the late stages of the draft.

The trade follows prior business between the two clubs from earlier in the off-season, where Fremantle sent duo Griffin Logue and Darcy Tucker to Arden Street in exchange for multiple future draft selections.

Fremantle's now holds Picks 30, 43, 44, 67, 76 and 89 for this year's draft.

North Melbourne, having parted with the third-round pick which was initially tied to Adelaide, now holds Picks 2, 3, 23, 40, 70 and 77.

The 2022 National Draft will take place over two successive nights, beginning on Monday, November 28 with the first round of the draft.
