The Herald Sun can reveal more detail into what happened on the night Dockers coach Ross Lyon sexually harassed a young member of Fremantle's staff.
The incident occurred at a Christmas party several years ago, in which Lyon said something to the female that made her uncomfortable.
Sources close to the Herald Sun alleged Lyon told the female he liked her "budding boobs", before continuing to speak to her throughout the night and including a number of inappropriate remarks.
Sources say the female was two months pregnant at the time of the interaction.
While Lyon's conduct was reported to higher ups at the club on the same night, the female wasn't happy with the outcome, after the club originally dismissing the claim, with Lyon apologising to her for what he said.
After she left the club, she made a second complaint late last year, before she was reportedly offered a payment of over $100,000 to keep quiet about the incident.
