GWS midfielder Josh Kelly has been linked to North Melbourne in the past as they look to bring some star power to Arden Street, and their latest offer to Kelly might be enough to entice him to leave the Giants.

On Kevin Bartlett's radio show Hungry For Sport on SEN, regular guest host Brian Waldron reported news that the Kangaroos had tabled a monster offer to Kelly.

"I got told today that North Melbourne have offered Josh Kelly $9 million for 9 years," the former St Kilda CEO said.

"Clearly it's a huge, huge investment. GWS have no chance of matching that."

The Giants midfielder has played 62 games for GWS in his career after being drafted with the second overall pick in the 2013 AFL National Draft.
