Port Adelaide midfielder Sam Powell-Pepper will be rested for Sunday's clash with Collingwood at the Adelaide Oval.
Powell-Pepper has played every game for the Power this season, and is one of the favourites for the 2017 Rising Star award.
Port Adelaide coach Ken Hinkley confirmed the 19-year-old would be one of five outs ahead of Sunday's clash.
"We probably think it's an opportunity for him to have a bit of a spell in his first season, which has been amazing," Hinkley told the club's website.
"We'll take that opportunity this week and we'll give him a little rest.
"Speaking to him during the week, he said, 'I don't really need a rest, but I'll have it'.
"He'll be back next week, he'll be back in and at it again."
Jack Hombsch (hip) will also miss the match, while Angus Monfries, Jackson Trengove and Aaron Young have all been omitted.
Chad Wingard will make his return after injuring his ankle against Melbourne in round 18, with Dougal Howard, Dan Houston and Brendon Ah Chee also included in their side for the Collingwood clash.
