Three-club player midfielder Tom Mitchell reached the same mark in 2018 when he was playing for Hawthorn.
Sheezel's stat line read: 25 kicks, 29 handballs, seven marks, six clearances, five marks and two goals.

The former Hawks midfielder also recorded 50 disposals two other times.
Gary Ablett Jnr and Greg Williams reached 53 possessions, while Collingwood's Barry Price posted 52 touches.
Adelaide's Scott Thompson (2011) and Brisbane's Lachie Neale (2019) fell just shy of the record, collecting 51 possessions.

Collingwood pair John Greening and Tony Shaw also hit the 50-disposal mark.
The Kangaroos posted a 48-point victory to leapfrog Richmond on the ladder, and now sit 16th.
