North Melbourne's Cam Zurhaar has been subbed from Sunday's contest against Richmond at NINJA Stadium with an ankle injury.
During the second term of the clash, Zurhaar was tackled over the boundary line before his leg was caught at an awkward angle.
The Kangaroos confirmed that the goal-kicker had hurt his leg, and was replaced by substitute Matt Whitlock.

Footage showed Zurhaar reappearing on the bench but was ultimately ruled out of the rest of the match.
Senior coach Alastair Clarkson provided an update on Zurhaar following North Melbourne's 48-point thumping of the Tigers.
"We'll get that scanned. We're not really sure of the severity of it but it was obviously bad enough that he wasn't able to return to play," Clarkson said post-game.
"When he can't put too much weight on it, I'd suggest that there's something there that will have him miss next week. Hopefully it's not too severe, we've only got one game to go.
"He's highly unlikely for next week but hopefully it's not too serious and he can rest up and get himself right for pre-season."
North Melbourne faces Adelaide next week at Marvel Stadium on Saturday.
As for the Tigers, veteran defender Nick Vlastuin was also removed from the game following an ankle injury.
Vlastuin came off second best in a marking contest, with footage showing he rolled his ankle.

Steely Green entered into the contest for the premiership veteran.
Senior coach Adem Yze addressed the unfortunate incident post-game, detailing Vlastuin's status.
"It looks like it's either a syndesmosis [injury] or a fractured ankle, so his season is done," Yze confirmed.
"To his credit, he was a bit frustrated that he couldn't help in the second quarter... he just went back with the flight and that's the reason why he's such a good player.
"The courage to go back with the flight at that time, obviously to then land awkwardly and hurt himself, but that's the reason why he's a great leader at our footy club.
"He's had a great season and unfortunately he's going to miss next week. He can't finish off the season with the boys so it's looking like a fractured ankle."
Richmond return to the MCG to conclude their 2025 campaign, taking on the Geelong Cats on Saturday at 4:15pm (AEST).
