Geelong superstar Patrick Dangerfield has been referred straight to the Tribunal and will not be able to accept an early guilty plea for his bump on Adelaide defender Jake Kelly.

Dangerfield has been charged with Engaging in Rough Conduct on Kelly for his incident in the second quarter of Saturday's match.

Brisbane recruit Joe Daniher has been handed a $2,000 fine by the Match Review Officer for his Striking charge on Sydney defender Dane Rampe.

Essendon Duo Mason Redman and Nik Cox can accept $2,000 fines after being charged with Engaging in Rough Conduct and Striking respectively.
