Carlton's Adam Cerra and Sydney's Luke Parker can both accept one-game bans for rough conduct following separate incidents from Friday night's match between the Swans and Blues.

The AFL's Match Review Officer handed down a total of two charges from Sydney's 26-point victory, with Cerra and Parker both gaining scrutiny.

Cerra has been charged with rough conduct for a third-quarter tackle on Sydney ruckman Tom Hickey, an incident graded as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact, resulting in a one-game ban.

The charge will mean Cerra is unable to play in his side's Round 12 clash with Melbourne at the MCG on Friday night.

The MRO graded Parker's third-quarter tackle on Blue Sam Walsh as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact after handing down a rough conduct charge for a dangerous tackle.

That grading will mean Parker is unavailable to play until Round 14, with the Swans scheduled for a bye before their Round 13 clash with St Kilda.

Both clubs will be able to challenge their respective charges at the AFL Tribunal, or can accept the charges.
