Darcy Moore will "100 per cent" stay at Collingwood next season according to Essendon legend Tim Watson.

Moore has been heavily linked to Sydney this off-season, but Watson believes the father-son utility will remain at the Holden Centre.

“Take this to the bank, press record everybody, Darcy Moore is staying at Collingwood,” Tim Watson told SEN Breakfast.

Watson said earlier in the year Moore has the potential to "be a superstar defender in this competition for another decade".

Moore impressed as a defender this season, despite battling a number of injuries and playing just seven games.
