Western Bulldogs midfielder has been handed a one-game suspension for his dangerous tackle on Hawthorn's Will Day during Sunday's clash at Marvel Stadium.
The Match Review Officer (MRO) found that Liberatore's tackle was careless conduct, medium impact and high contact, constituting a week off from football.
The Bulldogs on Monday announced that the 31-year-old will be sidelined indefinitely after suffering a concussion in the defeat, having collapsed under concerning circumstances in Round 5 against Essendon.
Teammate Aaron Naughton was slapped with a $3,125 ($1,875 early plea) fine for engaging in a melee whilst Hawks captain James Sicily and defender Jack Scrimshaw received similar penalties.
During the Richmond-Fremantle battle, six players were handed down financial sanctions for their behaviour whilst another three from the QClash will be reaching into their pockets to pay their fines.
