Brisbane captain Tom Rockliff will miss the next two weeks with a right calf strain, the club has confirmed.

Rockliff has been cleared of major damage, but he will still be forced to sit out the following two matches.

“Unfortunately Tom has strained his right calf, so he’ll probably miss a couple of weeks,"  Lions Head of Physiotherapy Shane Lemcke said.

Lemcke said that fellow midfielders Daniel Rich (hamstring) and Mitch Robinson (calf) are still only a 50/50 chance to play this week against Geelong.
