The Western Bulldogs have made a late change to their side ahead of their clash with St Kilda at Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Forward Clay Smith has been withdrawn due to calf soreness, with Jordan Roughead taking his place in the 22.

Roughead comes into the side for his first game of the season, after recovering from a serious hamstring injury.

Smith played the past six matches for the Bulldogs, and has kicked seven goals this season.

St Kilda will line up as named.
