Both North Melbourne and Sydney have each made a late change ahead of their clash at Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Roos have withdrawn Ben Jacobs once again, and have replaced him in the side with first-year player Luke Davies-Uniacke.

Jacobs will miss with concussion symptoms and neck soreness.

For the Swans, Heath Grundy has been managed, and has been replaced in the 22 by Harry Marsh.

Davies-Uniacke comes in for his sixth game of the season, while Marsh will play game number eight of the season.
